Reverend Mark Hall

Mark has been the pastor of All Saints since the summer of 2016 and is also on staff at OneDoor Recovery Center.  His personal interests include spending time with his wife Michelle and their three children, enjoying quality time with friends, and being a part of God's healing process in people's lives.  Mark enjoys being in the outdoors - especially being near, in, or on the ocean.   

Deacon Leslie Arbegast

Deacon Leslie Arbegast became an Anglican in 2001 and attended St. Luke's Bakersfield.  In 2014 she went back to school and received a B.A. in Christian Ministry.  She was ordained to the diaconate on December 1, 2018.  After her retirement in April, 2020 she was assigned to All Saints Bakersfield where she now joyfully serves.  Deacon Leslie has one daughter, Samantha who lives in Kansas.

Stevie Barrington- Oates

Stevie is the current Junior Warden at All Saints Anglican Church. Since 1993 he has held many positions in both the All Saints Parish and The Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin. Stevie is employed with Kern County Department of Public Health Services, Disease Control. He enjoys reading and time with his grandchildren.

John Cavanagh

John is the Senior Warden at All Saints. He works as an Air Traffic Controller at Meadows Field Airport and enjoys Aviation events and Airshows.
